The Heat n Eat kitchen is committed to providing you and your family with delicious frozen meals delivered weekly to your door.

Created with your taste-buds in mind, our range of 30+ meals deliver on flavour and nutrition. They are perfect for those with busy lifestyles as well as families, those caring for their elderly, people with disabilities and anyone recuperating at home.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders to be delivered on Tuesday and Wednesdays must be placed by 2pm on Monday prior to delivery.

These are the absolute bomb. Full of good meat and veg and really tasty. Easy to order and delivery is really friendly and easygoing. The small meals substantial for one person, unless you’re a big eater.

These are excellent. Picked up a few meals in Hughenden on work trip. They are way higher quality, portion and better price than any other ready to eat meals I’ve found. I work in a remote area a lot and have started trying to stock up on them beforehand.
